We gather at Guidecenter at 17:00 p.m. with a briefing and dinner together. We review techniques and watch some films.

Saturday
Breakfast
Waxing
Technique session on Svenne’s ski trail until lunch.
Lunch
Workout technology /distance training and free time for skiing.
Joint dinner at Guidecenter. After dinner we go through some options for diet in training situations.

Sunday
Breakfast
Waxing
Skiing session with challenges.
The weekend ends with evaluation and lunch at Guidecenter.
If it’s possible, we’ll climb Näsberget.

Price
2 995 SEK per person. The price includes leader, accommodation, bed linen, food (2x lunch, 2x dinner, 2x breakfast), wax and trail pass. Minimum 4 and max 10 people.
